Maisie is a mental health and science geek who is super passionate about all things sleep! Her background is in health care, having worked both as a nurse and counselor. She also holds specialty training as a Holistic Sleep Coach and Infant Sleep Educator. Working holistically, she focuses on wellness. Her goal is to give you the knowledge and tools needed to make informed choices around your child’s sleep AND a gentle push to help you reach your goals.
