Transform your child’s sleep using the same holistic and attachment support framework enjoyed by my individual coaching clients with the added bonus of a supportive community!
Its bedtime, actually well past bedtime….and your patience has gone out the window! You can’t even describe what you are feeling right now. You’re angry with yourself because you promised you would do bedtime differently tonight – but forgot again! But, you’re also frustrated with your kid for cutting into your evening time. You are completely overwhelmed and beyond tired of this bedtime ‘song and dance’ that happens every night.
You know the one…where you lose your temper and can hear your Mom’s voice come out of your mouth. Things you swore you would never say to your child!
Then the next thing you know you’re basking in tears. You feel guilty, powerless, and unsure of your next move.
“Why won’t you just sleep already?
Family and friends have been no help at alllll. They just don’t get it. Instead of helping, all their suggestions do is make you feel defensive, and doubt your parenting skills.
You see the problem with sleep is that EVERYBODY has an opinion. But…there is no right one-size-fits-all solution. Parenting is hard! Parenting strong-willed littles whilst sleep deprived is SO MUCH HARDER!
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
Girl, you can stop your Googling because this Group Coaching Program is going to give you all the tools (and confidence) you need to take back your evenings AND help your little one get the rest they so desperately need.
Sounds pretty dang good right?

Troubleshooting & Planning for the Future!
The aim this week is to ensure that you have all the knowledge and skills needed to continue along your better sleep journey.
Hey there! I am SO glad you found your way here! I just love helping parents take the fight out of bedtime so that everyone gets the rest they need.
My background is in psychology & nursing, which means that I do sleep differently! I follow a TRULY gentle approach to parenting that promotes sleep without tears
I also have twin boys – so I totally get how overwhelming this can all be!
This program is PERFECT for any parent looking to find a gentle and loving way to support your little one’s sleep.
It can be used to support any sleep struggle from naps, to bedtime, to night waking and even those pesky early mornings.
Whether your child is a crib sleeper, a toddler bed sleeper – and yes even if you bedshare!
This is a tricky one because it really comes down to skill level. The strategies used in this program require a certain degree of verbal ability.
It is best suited for kids aged 2.5 and up, but if your child is quite verbal for their age it might be appropriate for kids in the 20-24 month range.
Gentle sleep support like this can often see some improvement within the first week or two!!! Full goals sometimes aren’t reached until around a month or two in, but it is very dependent on your child’s temperament (and your own capacity for change as well). So lots of
individual factors at play.
Gentle strategies can sometimes take longer than the cry-it-out variety, but they are also more likely to leave lasting results! The real difference here is the knowledge you will gain in order to be able to troubleshoot future sleep problems with grace and ease.
The workshops will be held via zoom! We will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 8:00pm PST to allow for workdays, and bedtime responsibilities
However, I am totally open to changing to a different day and time if as a group we decide on a more mutually beneficial time
YES! The workshops will be recorded so that you can watch (or re-watch on your time). If you have a question or concern, you can message ahead of time so that I can respond to your question during the call!
The short answer to this that they might, at least a little we-bit. No one can predict how a child will respond in a new situation.
To be clear here… My goal is always to prevent crying. If tears happen it can be a sign that we are moving too fast for your child, and that we need to re-work and adapt our plan to better reach your families unique needs.
My approach is TRULY gentle and attachment focused. I do not promote or use any form of cry-it-out or timed checks. I will never ask you to leave the room, or avoid picking up, touching or otherwise comforting your child – especially if they are distressed!
You can be responsive to your child’s needs and still make positive steps towards a more restful sleep!
